Bright House Networks sells wired and wireless Internet access to a customer and can deliver property-wide coverage depending on the customer’s needs. The customer then provides Internet access to their guests with or without a fee through a connection to the Bright House Networks network. Guests are then able to access the Internet using the provided access codes.

Guest Experience

1. Guests will locate the available wireless network.
2. They will then open their browser using their WiFi enabled device and view the Bright House Networks branded web-based portal page.
3. The guest must then enter an access code and accept the Terms and Conditions of service.
4. Guests are then granted access to the Internet through a connection to the Bright House Networks network.
